When subscribing to Swiss DNA Bank you will receive a Kit containing a sterilized swab to collect a saliva sample. Just pull open the package from one of the ends. Remove the swab from the tube. Insert the swab into your mouth and rub firmly against the inside of your cheek for a minimum of 20 seconds. Prior to placing the swab back in the tube, break the shaft of the swab so that it will fit the tube making sure you do touch the cotton tip with your fingers. Place the swab back into the tube then seal with cap. Place the sealed tube in the pre-paid envelope provided, to mail your sample back to us.  More information can be found inside Swiss DNA Bank's kit.
