Swiss DNA Bank's Governance

Swiss DNA Bank was founded to guarantee long-term stability and neutrality. Its governance structure is designed to support independent control. To guarantee the neutrality and long-term stability of the company, the president of Swiss DNA Bank must, in accordance with its Articles of Incorporation, be a Swiss public notary and/or an elected government official. Like the Swiss government, we rely on a flexible, independent structure, where no single individual is able to gain control over the company. The company's Board is composed of leading members of the banking, scientific and legal communities.

Board Members Elections

In 2010, Swiss DNA Bank will launch its first official annual Board member election campaign in which all Swiss DNA Bank registered users will be able to vote for their preferred representatives. These elections are designed to give Swiss DNA Bank users the power to have direct control over the storage of their DNA and lifetime memories forever. Every user will be able to vote for his/her preferred Board members using their secure Swiss DNA Bank Forever Account.

Just for fun

Our Web development team has been working on other side projects to the Swiss DNA Bank Forever Account. We are proud to present our interactive iPhone application called "4ever Balloons".
We decided to develop the fun and recreational side of our Forever concept: with the Forever Balloon iPhone application, users can custom design a balloon, attach a message for a friend, family, or loved one, and send it into the sky. The recipient will be able to visualize not only the message and the customized balloon design, but also where above the earth the balloon is floating.
A A special "Forever" feature allows the sender to store the message in our secure Forever server in the Swiss Alps.
